As Texas continues the process of reopening, there are positive signs in the Greater Houston Area as the number of new COVID-19 cases appears to be leveling off.
Local leaders say Houston and Harris County have “flattened the curve” but the downward trend is very slow.
More than 5,406 patients have fully recovered. A small percentage remain critically ill in local hospitals.
